We provide the following professional development series:

Professional Interactions and Communications offers programs to support the development of productive interpersonal, team, and professional workplace interactions and to equip faculty and trainees with the skills to more effectively communicate and present their work.

Human Resources: Strategies and Solutions  provides faculty and others managing research programs with the opportunity to learn about behavioral based interviewing, providing and obtaining references, employment law and performance management. Participants will gain skills and tools to successfully manage productive research program staff and promote a positive environment.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation Initiatives are currently in the planning phase to encourage business acumen amongst Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School researchers, clinicians and physician-scientists.
