The Center for Faculty Development & Diversity’s Consultation Service offers BWH faculty and trainees the opportunity to receive a personalized consultation from faculty and/or senior staff possessing a range of expertise. Our faculty and administrative directors are available to provide guidance, identify resources or just listen.
The Center for Faculty Development & Diversity provides Harvard Medical School CV Consultations for BWH faculty currently under consideration for promotion.
In partnership with the Center for Professionalism and Peer Support (CPPS) and the Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (CFDD), Gail Gazelle, MD, FACP, FAAHPM, offers confidential sessions aimed at assisting faculty with moving towards their personal and professional goals, including improved work-life balance, leadership development, authentic leadership, negotiations, conflict management, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, resilience, and burnout mitigation.
